• Provide instructional and academic support to learners in courses through 1:1 coaching and consultation
• Create engaging learning resources using text, video, and other technologies to assist learners with course content
• Facilitate optional weekly interactive study and review sessions to enhance learner understanding
• Assess learning and comprehension through evaluation of course competencies and maintain accurate learner records
• Engage actively in course room discussions and support the building of an online learning community

• 1-3 years of teaching experience at the graduate level in an online environment
• Completed Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the related discipline
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to assess individual and group learning needs and explain concepts in various ways

• Enrollment in a Doctoral program or completion of a Doctorate in the relevant discipline
• Experience with diverse learning styles and adult learning theory
• Strong organizational skills and ability to embrace technological changes
• Proven time management and problem resolution skills
• Experience working in a remote or home office environment
