Title Head Start Grantee Specialist- Region III- REMOTE

• Provide on‑site and virtual training and technical assistance (TTA) to improve governance, program management, and fiscal operations for Head Start programs
• Assist in correcting noncompliance issues identified through federal monitoring processes
• Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) addressing root causes of deficiencies
• Maintain regular communication with Regional Office staff regarding TTA delivery and progress
• Coordinate TTA with specialists to integrate management systems and support service improvements

• Minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college
• 5+ years of experience in program or organizational management, fiscal operations, or related fields with Head Start/Early Head Start programs
• 1+ years of experience providing technical assistance to governing bodies and management teams
• 1+ years of experience addressing compliance issues within organizations
• Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

• Fiscal expertise in budgeting, funding sources, and Head Start specific audits
