As a Senior Agency Partnerships Manager, you will help shape one of MENA’s most exciting high‑growth ad businesses from the ground up. WhatYou’ll Do 1. Lead Agency Relationships & Drive Revenue
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with media agency groups across MENA (Publicis, OMG, MCN, Havas, Group
M, etc.). - Grow share of wallet for Careem Ads’ full‑funnel solutions across non‑endemic & endemic verticals.
- Represent Careem Ads’ full‑funnel formats to agency partners.
- Educate planners, strategists, and investment teams on Careem’s unique first‑party data, everything app ecosystem, inventory, and product roadmap.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams:
Product, Finance, Creative Ops, and Measurement teams to ensure smooth campaign planning, delivery, and pacing. - Build structured feedback loops from agencies to improve products, formats, reporting, and measurement.
- Actively contribute to establishing processes, playbooks, pitch narratives, and the operating model for Careem Ads.
- Develop scalable agency engagement programs, education hubs, and go‑to‑market rituals.
- 5–7+ years of experience working in ad sales, or agency partnership roles (Tik Tok, Snap, Meta, Amazon, Google, or similar preferred).
- Strong understanding of full‑funnel brand planning, programmatic, data‑driven marketing, and marketplace ecosystems.
- Hustler mindset, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Entrepreneurial, energetic, and excited to help build a new business line inside Careem.
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship management across senior agency stakeholders.
- Build Careem Ads from the ground up, this is a true 0‑to‑1 opportunity.
