About the Role

The TESOL Course Director is a strategic and operational leader responsible for building and owning Edge Tutor’s TESOL and English Teacher Training ecosystem end-to-end.

This role goes beyond producing a TESOL course. The Director is accountable for accreditation, training quality, operational excellence, and measurable improvements in client outcomes, specifically demo pass rates, endorsements, and successful teacher launches.

This is a long-term leadership role for someone who can combine academic credibility, operational discipline, and data-driven improvement to ensure Edge Tutor consistently supplies clients with high-quality, demo-ready English teachers at scale.
