Position: Robotics Teacher (Work From Office)
Location: Bengaluru

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Robotics Teacher who can deliver engaging, high-quality robotics sessions to students. The role requires working from the office during night shift hours and handling live demos, regular classes, and student engagement activities while maintaining high teaching and conversion standards.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct live Robotics demo sessions for US students.
Deliver age-appropriate and conceptually strong robotics lessons.
Ensure high demo-to-enrolment conversion through effective communication and teaching.
Open and manage teaching slots as per operational requirements.
Follow defined demo allotment and scheduling processes.
Engage students actively and ensure a positive learning experience.
Participate in retraining sessions if required to improve performance or delivery quality.
Address student-related academic queries professionally.
Adhere to company policies, teaching guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
Maintain regular communication with the assigned mentor.
Meet performance metrics related to attendance, quality, and conversions.

Technical & Subject Requirements
Strong knowledge of Robotics fundamentals, including:
Basic electronics
Sensors and actuators
Microcontrollers (Arduino or similar)
Block-based and/or basic text-based programming
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
Hands-on approach to teaching robotics concepts

Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent  communication skills  (verbal and presentation)
Confident classroom presence and student-handling skills
Willingness to work  night shifts from office
Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous improvement
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs

Eligibility Criteria
Prior experience in teaching  Robotics / STEM / Coding  is preferred
Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also be considered
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on interview performance and experience)
