Overview

Job title and organisation: Before and After School Club Manager - St Margaret's C of E Primary School

Salary: C1 scale point 12-17 £ 28,598 - £31,022 pro rata

Hours: 15, working Monday - Friday 3.00pm - 6.00pm

Contract: Permanent - Term Time Only plus 5 days

Location: St Margaret’s C of E Primary School

We would like to appoint a Before and After School Club Manager to join our team as soon as possible. We are excited to have launched our Before and After School Club, Owls, providing a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for children outside regular school hours.

We are looking for a passionate and organised Club Manager to lead and develop this exciting venture. If you have a love for working with children, strong leadership skills, and a creative approach to planning engaging activities, we’d love to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a vibrant and welcoming club from the very beginning.

Responsibilities
  • lead the team of Play workers and Deputy Manager, working closely with The Deputy who leads the Before School Breakfast Club
  • direct and support the Deputy Manager with various admin tasks
  • work closely with the school s Office Manager to manage admin, payroll processes and financial payment receipts
  • ensure all relevant school policies are followed.
Hours and additional details

The hours are 15 hours per week, term time only plus 5 training days, working Monday
- Friday 3.00pm – 6.00pm. Training day hours may be during the day to fit in with whole school training.
