Job Summary
Restore Talent Solutions is expanding its network of experienced freelance Personal Effectiveness Trainers to deliver high-impact professional development programmes across the UAE and GCC.
We are seeking facilitators who specialise in essential workplace soft skills, helping professionals strengthen productivity, resilience, communication, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and executive presence.
Trainers will be engaged on a project basis to deliver workshops from the RTS Personal Development catalogue, supporting client teams across all levels in today’s dynamic, hybrid workplace.

- Deliver engaging professional skills and personal effectiveness workshops for corporate clients
- Facilitate interactive sessions using self‑assessments, role plays, and workplace scenarios
- Support participants in improving productivity, communication, confidence, and resilience
- Adapt delivery to diverse audiences, from frontline employees to senior leaders
- Ensure practical application through action planning and behavioural tools
- Represent Restore Talent Solutions professionally during client engagements
- Provide delivery feedback and recommendations when required
- Proven experience delivering corporate soft skills and professional development training
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and group engagement capability
- Expertise in areas such as communication, EQ, resilience, wellbeing, or decision‑making
- Ability to deliver training in multicultural GCC business environments
- Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Coaching or facilitation certifications (ICF, ILM, CIPD, ATD, etc.)
- Experience delivering wellbeing, resilience, or executive presence programmes
- Background in leadership development, organisational development, or corporate L&D
- Ability to deliver multiple programmes across the RTS Personal Development portfolio
