Training Specialist

We are looking for an “
Training Specialist
” to join us on our Journey for the future of mobility!

• Taking part in the preparation stage of designing and developing training programs (incl. development of instructional media, learning materials, e-learning, and computer based training) that align with company goals and objectives.
• Deliver trainings and workshops to employees in a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced online courses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them as needed to ensure they meet the needs of our employees and the company.
• Manage and maintain training materials, including training manuals, presentations, and other resources.

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Economics and Scientific Fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs in a variety of formats, including virtual and self-paced online courses.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent English both written and spoken.
