A leading non-profit in ocean governance seeks a consultant to design and develop a remote e-learning module focused on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL). The ideal candidate has a degree in education or instructional design, 5+ years of experience in digital learning, and expertise in instructional design principles. This role requires strong communication skills and fluency in English. Proposals must be submitted by 11:59pm GMT on February 19.
