Were recruiting an Assessor/Trainer to join a busy, high-performing Construction Department in the Cambridgeshire area. This is an exciting opportunity to share your industry expertise and help shape the next generation of skilled professionals. What youll do:
Deliver engaging, high-quality training, coaching, and support to apprentices Conduct workplace assessments and progress reviews Monitor and accurately track apprentice progress Prepare apprentices for End Point Assessment (EPA) Build strong professional relationships with employers across the region Contribute to business development and employer engagement activities Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and Health & Safety requirements Maintain clear and comprehensive records and documentation

This role offers agile working, blending on-site delivery, workplace visits, and remote administrative work from home. What were looking for:
Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Plumbing Strong, relevant industry experience Assessor and/or IQA qualifications (desirable)
