Fondi is a global English learning platform focused on conversation-based learning through live events and communities. We are looking for ESL tutors who want to go beyond teaching and grow their own English-speaking community.
As a Community Leader, you will build and grow an English learning community by hosting engaging events and guiding members to actively practice speaking in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Host English conversation events and community activities
- Build and grow an active learner community
- Guide trial members and support their learning journey
- Work with the Fondi team to improve engagement and retention
- Maintain consistency in hosting and community interaction
- Incentive-based earnings tied to activity and achievement
- Rewards based on event consistency, community growth, and engagement
- Opportunities to unlock higher incentives and VIP-level hosting
- Personal brand exposure as a global community leader
- ESL tutor or English instructor of English Major Graduated welcome to apply
- Confident spoken English
- Comfortable hosting live sessions and leading discussions
- Interest in community building and learner engagement
