A leading training provider in Southampton is seeking an experienced Electrical Trainer/Assessor to deliver electrical qualifications to learners across Hampshire. The ideal candidate will hold an A1 Assessor Award and a Level 3 Electrical qualification, with at least 5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance. This role involves motivating and supporting learners, ensuring high completion standards, and developing training materials. A starting salary of £38-£40K is offered alongside excellent employee benefits and opportunities for progression.
