Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Student Counsellor – Sales & Business Development, based in Chennai, with remote work flexibility. The Student Counsellor will engage with prospective students to provide personalised guidance on study options, assist with admission and visa processes, and offer career counselling services. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, strategising to meet enrollment targets, and delivering excellent customer service to support students on their educational journey.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and clients
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive and seamless experience
- Background in education and knowledge of international student requirements
