About the Post

Brass Tutor Vacancy

3 ½ days a week

Barnsley Music Service are seeking to recruit a Brass Tutor to commence employment from w/c 13th April 2026.

The Role Involves
  • Teaching brass instruments to whole classes of Key Stage 2 age children in primary schools.
  • Teaching brass to small groups (3-4 children) and individuals in primary and secondary schools.
  • Conducting after-school bands.
  • Working 3 ½ days per week with opportunity to expand.
  • Must include a Tuesday and Friday (other days flexible).
