Designation: Assistant Professor- Online BCA, MCA Program
Department: Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), SGT University
Reporting To: Director – CDOE
Nature of Role: Full-time, Academic-Administrative
1. Candidate Profile
Education:
Mandatory: PG degree (MCA, MTech CSE, IT, M. Sc IT, CSE or Equivalent).
Desirable:
PhD (Pursuing/Completed).
Experience:
Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates with a background in Higher Education or EdTech.
2. Purpose of the Role
To act as the content creator for the online/distance programs.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Program Coordination & Content Management
I. Academic Contribution
Direct Content Creation: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned subjects, taking full ownership of the end-to-end content development process.
4-Quadrant Development: Personally develop high-quality material for assigned courses across the four quadrants:
Quadrant I (e-Tutorial): Recording high-quality video lectures and audio components.
Quadrant II (e-Content): Writing and formatting comprehensive Self-Learning Materials (SLMs) and e-books.
5. Essential Competencies
Expertise in academic content creation.
Deep understanding of online pedagogy and digital content formats.
