Role Overview We're looking for a responsible and detail-oriented intern to support coordination, quality checks, and parent communication.

This role offers hands-on exposure to education operations and the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate between tutors, students, and internal teams for smooth daily operations
. Conduct quality checks on classes and learning processes
.
• Collect, manage, and analyze parent feedback . Communicate with parents to address basic queries and concerns

• Maintain reports, records, and follow-ups

• Support process improvement initiatives

• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, MS office etc.
