What makes this role right for youWe are working with schools and local authorities in your area and are looking for Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutors and Teachers like you to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs in your community!

SEND Tutor and Teacher role requirements- Experience:
2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma‑informed way - Subjects:
Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science - Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) - Compliance:
Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references - Location:
You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote / online jobs - Safeguarding:
Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment
- Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEMH and SEND needs, including MLD, SLD, PMLD, and other Additional Educational Needs
- Support pupils and students, ranging from KS1 – KS5, referred by local authorities and schools
- Plan and deliver flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring
- Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
- Be part of our mission to raise the standard of education provided to young people with SEND and other needs such as SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD
