Position: Student Hub Adviser - 16328

The Student Hub is seeking to appoint a hardworking individual to join a busy team of Student Hub Advisers. The information the Student Hub provides is extensive; it is Brunel’s one stop shop for all students in connection with their time s is a busy department, with individuals who make a difference to our students.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the department provides a professional, welcoming, reliable, accessible and effective service to all users, providing guidance, information and administration.
  • Respond to a variety of enquiries and administration across a continually growing range of services.
  • Multi‑task and manage competing deadlines.
  • Use multiple databases simultaneously and maintain good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Deal with customers and/or stakeholders from various sectors professionally and courteously at all times.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a multi‑functional team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in the office daily (no hybrid or home working).
Working Conditions

Location: Brunel University of London, Uxbridge Campus
Hours: Full‑time
Contract Type: Permanent

Salary

Grade 6: £34,145 to £38,638 inclusive of London Weighting, potential to progress to £40,757 per annum.
