Digital Admissions Adviser

We are looking for Digital Admissions Advisers to join our team to support student enrolment. We have an exciting opportunity available within our Contact Centre at our Reading College campus. In this role, no two days are the same. You will be joining our established team of friendly advisers to ensure we deliver and maintain an exceptional service to all customers, offering a first point resolution over the phone and through enquiries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in expanding their skills in customer service and administrative support within the education sector, as well as a range of transferable skills. This is a permanent, full‑time role working 37 hours per week based at Reading College campus. Following a successful probation period, and subject to managerial discretion, we offer hybrid working arrangements. Typically, this includes two days working from home and three days in the office.

Being great with people and an excellent communicator is key to being successful in this role, having the ability to talk to our customers with ease, ensuring you always provide an excellent customer experience.

• First class customer service skills
• Excellent IT skills: MS Office packages particularly Excel, Outlook, One Drive and Teams
• Experience of administration and customer service
• A proactive attitude to problem solving and be target focused
