Your objective? To accelerate student comprehension of language concepts and literary analysis by a factor of two, spanning from foundational phonics through advanced literary criticism.

• Overseeing conventional English curriculums or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts instruction and learning within our accelerated framework.

• Concentrating exclusively on theory—each AI model you create will have direct influence on how students comprehend and utilize language skills in practical contexts, all within the 2 Hour Learning framework.

Lead quantifiable enhancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered analysis and execution, as evidenced by a 2x acceleration in skill acquisition across multiple domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our transformative 2 Hour Learning model.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding abilities in any programming language
• Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
