Your Success KPIs:

• Client Growth: Achieving ≥25% organic growth for key accounts.
• Strategic Autonomy: Solving complex problems and identifying opportunities before they reach the founders.
• Team Uplift: Raising the "quality ceiling" of the entire SEO team through coaching and process refinement.
• Architecting Strategy: Develop holistic SEO blueprints (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page) for diverse sectors like E-commerce, Tech, and Real Estate.
• High-Level Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing persuasive, data-backed advice that commands respect.
• Team Orchestration: Assign and review the work of specialists and freelancers, ensuring every deliverable meets the Space’M Standard.
