Account manager

Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We’re looking for an account manager to join our established team delivering management of marketing campaigns for a key retail client. They will work closely with the client’s in-store marketing production team and the team at our Mansfield production facilities to take briefs for the creation of templated artwork and manage through to print production and distribution in store.

The role is based in our Nottinghamshire office with possible remote working.

The successful candidate wil own the day-to-day workflow for small-format ticket show material, from brief to store delivery, bringing excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

They will need to provide responsive, professional customer service and clear communication at every stage, using our management information systems to move information between client teams and our Mansfield site, and to work with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, solutions-focused team player who can stay calm under pressure, remain flexible during workload peaks and help solve problems quickly, embracing change while constructively challenging processes.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally
  • Energy and enthusiasm with a can-do approach
  • Adaptability to different methods of working and openness to learning new systems
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to ask why
  • Confidence and experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Understanding of print production processes or retail POS
  • Experience managing artwork, data or marketing workflows
