This role is open to staff who currently hold a role in Student Curriculum and Operations at the University of Leeds only
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Based in Doctoral College Graduate School Team, you will support a Graduate School Manager (GSM) working across several Faculties and will play a crucial role in ensuring an effective Student Education & Experience Service, aligned to Doctoral College, School, Faculty and University strategic plans. In the absence of the GSM you will manage the day‑to‑day running of the team(s) for activities relating to PGRs.
You will provide support for colleagues in several functional areas and take the lead in processes relating to student support, progress and examinations and student records, having responsibility for the day‑to‑day operational management of these areas. You will be passionate about developing practices to ensure that the needs of PGRs are met and will demonstrate excellence in managing processes and leading a team.
