Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Years Tutor in the West London area (Harrow), to deliver L2, L3 and L5 Childcare apprenticeship qualifications. You will be joining a well-established and specialist apprenticeship provider in the Early Years sector. This is a home-based role with travel in the local region to meet with learners in their workplace.
This vacancy is open to unqualified/trainee and qualified candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering vocational qualifications and preparing learners for end-point assessments, using coaching and assessment methods that comply with the National Standards and Awarding Body requirements.
You will also be required to provide high levels of support to learners and work closely with childcare providers to ensure that training provision meets their business needs. Achieving organisational targets for qualification achievement rates is a key responsibility of this role.
In addition to teaching and assessing, the Early Years Tutor will be responsible for administration tasks, managing appointments, and keeping up-to-date with the latest policies and procedures. The successful candidate must have excellent time-management and organisational skills, as well as a positive outlook and self-motivation.

- CAVA, A1 award or equivalent
- Essential - Degree in Early Years and/or Nursery Management experience
- Essential - Min Level 3 Teaching Qualification AET, PTTLS or equivalent
