Role Overview This position sits within a specialist team responsible for delivering educational programmes to motorists who have chosen to attend a course instead of receiving formal prosecution. The role focuses on maintaining high standards across a large pool of trainers and ensuring that every participant receives a consistent, engaging, and compliant learning experience. Working closely with the senior monitoring lead and the course administration team, you will oversee trainer performance, support quality assurance activity, and contribute to the ongoing development of course content and delivery methods.

The role involves a blend of home-based work, digital delivery, and travel across the Essex region to observe and support trainers at various venues. Flexibility is essential, as some evening or weekend work may occasionally be required.

Key Responsibilities Trainer Monitoring & Quality Assurance Observe and assess trainer performance across all course types. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to maintain high delivery standards.
