Role:  Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities
Counsel and guide students regarding suitable courses and career opportunities.
Handle  inbound and outbound calls , emails, and student queries.
Provide accurate information about  courses, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures .
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure successful enrollments.
Collaborate with the  academic and admissions teams  to support the admission process.
Maintain records of student interactions in CRM or internal systems.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree  in any discipline (Education, Management, or Healthcare preferred).
Prior experience in  education counseling, tele-counseling, academic advising, or EdTech sales  is an advantage.
Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to  work independently and achieve targets .
Comfortable working in a  target-driven environment .
