Understanding of supporting pre-verbal pupils or alternative communication methods (e.g. PECS, Makaton - desirable)
Knowledge of play-based learning approaches
A patient, calm and engaging nature
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Relevant experience or qualifications (SEN, EYFS, SALT, Psychology, etc.
- desirable but not essential)
What We Offer
Supportive and flexible working environment
Opportunity to build a meaningful 1:1 relationship
