Are you a local educator, PTA leader, or community advocate who is "in the know" when it comes to Kirkland’s families? Code Ninjas Kirkland is looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to be the face of our Dojo.

We don’t just teach kids how to code; we teach them how to think. Your mission is to connect with parents of children ages 5‑14 and show them how our fun‑first curriculum—built around games like Roblox and Minecraft—can change their child’s future.

This isn’t a desk job. You will be out in the Kirkland community, building bridges and creating opportunities.

• School & PTA Liaison:
  Develop deep relationships with Lake Washington School District elementary and middle schools to coordinate STEM nights and after-school partnerships.
• Grassroots Networking:
  Engage with local parenting groups, sports leagues, and community centers to build brand awareness.
• Lead Generation:
  Generate excitement and capture leads at local events, school fairs, and neighborhood gatherings.
• Strategic Growth:
  Focus on the high-density residential areas surrounding our convenient Kirkland location to ensure we are the "go-to" spot for local families.

  You have an existing network within the Kirkland/Eastside school or youth community.
• Educator Mindset:
  You understand how to talk to parents about developmental milestones and the importance of technical literacy.

  You are motivated by a base hourly rate plus a performance bonus for every lead you bring in that converts to a "White Belt" signup.

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
