Position: CIMT College PSW Instructor (Online & Labs)
CIMT College is hiring a PSW Instructor to teach in both online and lab settings. Lead the Personal Support Worker program and inspire future healthcare professionals.

This hybrid instructor position requires a blend of practical teaching and online education expertise. You will follow set curricula while empowering students through hands-on skills and assessments. Your commitment to student learning, alongside effective communication, will help ensure that graduates are well-prepared for their careers in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a systematic teaching plan for diverse students

• Administer and assess student evaluations

• Facilitate student feedback collection to enhance course quality

• Organize classroom resources and maintain cleanliness

• Collaborate with admissions for prospective student inquiries

Requirements:

• Registered with CNO as RN or RPN

• 24 months of relevant work experience or equivalent

• Bachelor's degree required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online teaching

• Strong ability to mentor and support adult learners
