This position involves using provided manuals to deliver engaging lessons and evaluating student success. Your ability to address diverse learning needs and maintain a supportive atmosphere will be key in shaping competent healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver curriculum using diverse instructional methods
• Evaluate and grade student assessments accurately
• Facilitate effective learning in hybrid settings
• Gather and manage student feedback for improvement
• Ensure classrooms meet organization standards post-session
Requirements:
• Registered with the CNO as RN or RPN
• 48 months work experience in PSW field
• Hold relevant educational qualifications
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
