The Women Shaping Wealth Summit 2026 is one of the region’s most anticipated gatherings — bringing together 1,000+ participants and 250+ speakers in Riyadh to explore leadership, finance, entrepreneurship, and impact.
As we prepare for this high-energy global summit, we’re recruiting volunteers based in Bahrain and Riyadh to support our internal team across various functional areas. This is a valuable opportunity for students, recent graduates, and aspiring professionals to gain behind-the-scenes experience and contribute to a meaningful, regional initiative.
Responsibilities- Data entry, database cleanup, and admin support
- Communications and content preparation
- Speaker and partner coordination
- Workshop and logistics planning
- Research and documentation
- Event marketing and outreach
- Internal team coordination and scheduling
- University student, fresh graduate, or early-career professional
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- Passionate about women’s advancement, leadership, or events
