Position: Counsellor for Student Support Services
Support student development in a permanent, full-time Counsellor role at a university or college. This position enables both on-site and remote work to provide essential guidance.

In this role, you will address a range of educational, career, and personal issues that students face. Your responsibilities will include coordinating counselling services, consulting stakeholders, and creating impactful guidance programs. Engaging with parents, educators, and community organizations will be key to enriching the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling on academic and vocational issues

• Develop and coordinate student counselling initiatives

• Consult with teachers and community resources

• Deliver educational presentations and workshops

• Use efficient judgment in making student referrals

Requirements:

• Specialization in career counselling or special education

• Successful completion of a criminal record check

• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Familiarity with student training programs
