Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an English Teacher with proficiency in Telugu to facilitate seamless communication with Telugu-speaking students. The English Teacher will create engaging lesson plans, deliver structured teaching sessions, and work closely with students to improve their English skills. Responsibilities include tracking student progress, fostering a positive learning environment, and adapting teaching methods to suit individual learner needs.
Roles & Responsibilities Conduct engaging online English classes for children
Teach phonics, reading, writing, grammar, and spoken English
Make students comfortable and confident in speaking English
Maintain positive communication with parents when required
Ensure classes are interactive, energetic, and student-friendly
Follow Spellzee teaching methods and class structure
Requirements Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu
Passion for teaching children
Prior teaching experience is preferred
Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply
Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Candidates Teachers with phonics/spoken English experience
Candidates comfortable handling kids aged 4–14
Candidates with online teaching experience
