About the Role
Physics Wallah (PW) is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Maharashtra State Board Faculty who can deliver high-quality recorded and live sessions for Classes 11 & 12. The ideal candidate should have strong command over the Maharashtra State Board curriculum , excellent teaching skills, and the ability to create engaging academic content.
We are seeking subject experts who can teach Maharashtra State Board curriculum and deliver high-quality lessons in Maharashtra—both classroom-style and studio-based.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver clear, engaging lectures aligned with the Maharashtra State Board syllabus .
Develop high-quality academic content including:
Notes
Question banks
Sample papers
Presentations (PPTs)
Record studio-based sessions as per PW's quality standards, covering:
Conceptual lessons
Practice sessions
Doubt classes
Update content regularly based on syllabus or guideline changes issued by the board.
Contribute to assessment design: mock tests, chapter tests, revision modules, etc.
Collaborate with academic and content teams to ensure strong learning outcomes.
Maintain high clarity, engagement, and accuracy in all recorded and classroom sessions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred).
2–5 years of teaching experience specifically in the Maharashtra State Board curriculum.
Strong conceptual clarity and ability to simplify complex topics effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior camera-facing teaching or ed-tech experience is an added advantage.
