Do you come from a water utilities background such as water treatment, production, or network operations?
Are you looking to step away from operational or site‑based work and move into a role where you can share your knowledge, develop others, and grow with an ambitious training company?
This growing Maidstone‑based training provider specialises in delivering high‑quality, engaging training across the water and utilities sector, with a strong focus on Health & Safety and operational excellence. They have invested in a state‑of‑the‑art training facility and deliver across multiple platforms including in centre, client sites and virtual classrooms, ensuring a practical and flexible learning experience.
With clear growth plans and a strong reputation in the industry, this is a well‑run and ambitious company that promotes a positive, proactive culture. They invest heavily in their trainers, offering full training, professional development and genuine long‑term progression opportunities.

You will support the delivery of a range of water industry training programmes covering areas such as water treatment processes, production, storage and wider utilities operations.
