Qualification Requirements:
JLPT N1 or N2 certified (mandatory)
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Japanese Language or related field preferred
Minimum 10+ years of teaching/training experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Japanese Language Department
Design and oversee curriculum for JLPT levels (N5–N1)
Mentor and guide Japanese language trainers
Ensure quality delivery of training and academic standards
Coordinate with management
Skills Required:
Excellent proficiency in Japanese and English
Strong leadership and people management skills
Curriculum planning and academic administration experience
Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills
