Program Manager Intern

Location:

Remote

Work Mode:
Work From Home (WFH)

Duration: 3–6 Months

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday – Saturday)

Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹4,000 per month

Skill Veda is building industry-integrated education programs that help students gain practical skills and secure meaningful careers. We work closely with startups and industry partners to bridge the gap between education and employment.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Program Management Intern to support the execution and management of our PGDM and work-integrated learning programs. You will work closely with the founding team and gain hands-on exposure to program operations, student management, project coordination, and business processes.

This role is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in operations, project management, customer success, or startup management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day program activities and student engagement initiatives.
- Track student attendance, assignments, assessments, and progress.
- Manage communication between students, trainers, mentors, and internal teams.
- Schedule classes, workshops, webinars, and mentoring sessions.
- Maintain reports, trackers, and operational dashboards.
- Assist in onboarding new students and ensuring a smooth learning experience.
- Support placement, admissions, and industry partnership activities.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Work on special projects assigned by the leadership team.

Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Freshers and college students are encouraged to apply.

Preferred

Skills:

- Familiarity with Notion, CRM tools, AI tools, or project management platforms.
- Interest in startups, education, operations, or program management.
