Become a critical player in training innovation as an Instructional Designer with NTT DATA. Focus on developing impactful training materials that align with adult learning methodologies.
In this 6-month remote contract, you will leverage your 3+ years of experience to partner with stakeholders and design comprehensive learning solutions.
Your role will enhance the effectiveness of training programs while ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in multiple learning projects of varying complexities
• Develop comprehensive training materials and resources
• Evaluate current programs and suggest optimizations
• Liaise with the Training Design Manager for content validation
• Review effectiveness of learning service providers
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in instructional design
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360 and MS Teams
