Position: Full-Time Remote Student Coordinator Position

Your responsibilities include developing onboarding plans, organizing orientations, and facilitating meaningful connections among students and staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement effective onboarding strategies tailored for remote students

• Conduct comprehensive New Student Orientations

• Facilitate engaging meet & greet sessions for new students

• Respond to feedback from satisfaction guarantee inquiries

• Monitor student progress through regular meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in educational operations or administration

• Experience accommodating diverse student needs

• Relevant post-secondary education, degree preferred

• Customer service issue resolution skills

• CPR and Crisis Intervention Certifications are advantageous
