Responsibilities and Duties:

● Call and counsel students regarding their education-related queries.

● Share detailed information about colleges, entrance exams, courses, and application processes.
Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure consistent engagement with prospective
students (leads).

● Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
Understand students' interests, academic background, and career goals to recommend suitable courses or colleges.

Our Wish Your Skills

● Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written).

● Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented with a self-motivated approach.

● Ability to manage multiple student conversations and timely follow-ups efficiently.

● Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or education counseling is preferred.

● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems is an added advantage.

Key Requirements

● Must have a working phone and laptop with stable internet connectivity.

● Should be capable of making 200+ calls daily.

● Should maintain discipline, punctuality, and consistent productivity during working hours.

Compensation & Work Policy

●

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

● Working Days:
Monday to Saturday

● Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Uncapped incentives based on performance and target achievement

● No mobile reimbursement will be provided.

● No flexibility in working hours — full-time commitment during official working hours is mandatory
