As a leader in this educational environment, you will oversee program development and ensure alignment with industry certifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive curriculum quality and accreditation standards
• Mentor instructors with continuous support and development
• Facilitate monthly meetings to share best practices
• Conduct research on industry trends to inform program updates
• Provide comprehensive classroom instruction to students
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Psychology, or similar
• 3–5+ years in clinical addiction treatment roles
• Desired:
Mental Health First Aid Certificate
• Experience in adult education preferred
• Membership with CACCF a plus
