Where Learning Looks Different and So Does the Impact
Discover a truly rewarding career at No Limits, where education happens beyond the classroom and every day brings new opportunities to make a real difference.
At No Limits, we support young people aged 16 and over with learning disabilities, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. Our mission is to help them build independence, gain life skills, and grow in confidence. You don’t need previous experience, just heart, energy, and a UK manual driving licence. We’ll give you all the training you need. You bring your positive attitude and passion for helping others shine.
This is a full-time, term-time only role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm (35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year). You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in up to three weeks of paid training and development during school holidays.
You won’t be based in a traditional classroom. Instead, you’ll work out in the community, supporting learners in real-life situations. You’ll help them develop essential life skills like using public transport, ICT, cooking, money management, and independent living. You may also accompany them to college or work experience placements. It’s a varied, people-focused role that brings something new every day.
Making a Real DifferenceHarriet is just one of the many young people whose life has been transformed through No Limits. After being excluded from school due to a speech impediment and social anxiety, Harriet found it difficult to express herself. With the help of our team, she began using a communication device to make choices and structure her day. Her confidence grew and she started doing things independently, including ordering food in a café, something she never imagined she could do.
Today, Harriet is thriving at college and continues to grow in confidence. That’s the kind of impact you can have in this role.
What You’ll Need- A full UK manual driving licence
- GCSEs (Grade C/4 or equivalent) in English and Maths
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others
No experience is required. If you’re caring, enthusiastic and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Perhaps you’ve worked in special education, as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant. Perhaps you've been a Support Worker in the social care sector. However, experience is not essential. For us, underlying ability and attitude are just as important as background and experience.
If you have not worked in the field of education before then please don’t be put off. We can provide all of the specialist training you need, but we can't train you to be kind, to have initiative, to be friendly and patient; and those are essential qualities for this work.
You must be a driver with your own transportWilling and able to travel across the area, supporting young people from their own homes. Reasonable mileage is reimbursed.
