About the Role:
This role plays a key part in the effective delivery of estates and site services across college campuses. The post holder will coordinate day-to-day operational activity, support the deployment of services staff, and contribute to maintaining safe, compliant, and well-presented environments for learners, staff, and visitors. Working in a fast-paced, multi-site setting, the role requires a practical, organised, and proactive approach to managing site operations, responding to changing priorities, and supporting the smooth running of college facilities.

- Manage site operations in a fast-paced, multi-site setting; adapt to changing priorities; support smooth facilities operations.
