Job Summary
Are you an English instructor with native-level fluency looking for a unique freelance opportunity?
Teach English conversation classes from the comfort of your own home and connect with eager ESL students in Japan every day!
We are looking for passionate instructors to teach Japanese students of all proficiency levels.

- Conduct live online English lessons tailored to student proficiency levels.
- Implement our predesigned curriculum in an engaging and interactive way.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, encouraging virtual classroom environment.
- Utilize digital teaching tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Outgoing, energetic, and engaging personality (Crucial for online student retention).
- High flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience (especially with ESL students) is preferred.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital tools is a plus.
- Exceptional native English communication, grammar, and pronunciation skills (Required).
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and helping students succeed in mastering the English language. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching in a virtual environment.
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
