Salary: Scale 5/6 £ 30,273.00 - £36,654.00 (Pro rata FTE)
As a Pastoral Coach within the School of Engineering, you will support learners to re‑engage with education and work towards their individual goals, preparing them for progression into further learning, training or employment and positive destinations. You will engage and motivate learners who face barriers to learning, addressing issues such as attendance, punctuality, motivation and attitudes to learning. The role includes delivering both one‑to‑one and group sessions to promote wellbeing, personal development and progression.

Roles at Coleg y Cymoedd are campus based to support teaching, learner experience and service delivery.
