Description

PENNEP is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who will be responsible for creating short-term certification course content across different domains. The candidate will work closely with the internal team to design engaging, easy-to-understand, and industry-relevant learning materials for students and professionals.

Responsibilities

Create content for short-term certification courses and training programs
Develop course modules, lessons, assignments, quizzes, and assessments
Research industry trends and create updated learning material
Write clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand educational content
Structure course content according to learning objectives
Coordinate with subject matter experts and internal teams for content validation
Review and update existing course materials whenever required
Ensure content quality, originality, and proper formatting
Create summaries, presentations, and supporting learning documents

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good command of English grammar and content structuring
Ability to research and simplify complex topics
Basic understanding of online learning or certification programs
Creativity and attention to detail

Work Schedule

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Work Mode:
Hybrid
-1:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Onsite 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM – Remote Working Days:
Monday to Friday

Nice to Have

Experience in educational content writing or e-learning
Familiarity with AI content tools and LMS platforms
Knowledge of SEO-friendly writing

Education

Bachelor degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field
