About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented L&D Intern (Admin) to support the Learning & Development team in executing training programs and managing day-to-day coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in training operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions
Coordinate with trainers, internal stakeholders, and candidates
Share training invites, reminders, and follow-up emails
Maintain and update training calendars and records
Track attendance and prepare basic reports
Support in managing LMS (Learning Management System) activities
Ensure smooth execution of training sessions from start to finish
Handle administrative tasks related to L&D operations
Requirements:
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Interest in Learning & Development or HR domain

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Prior internship or experience in coordination/admin roles
