As a Senior Instructional Designer, your expertise will be crucial in fulfilling course development plans and supporting the Content Development team. You will harness your analytical abilities to transform learner needs into effective training solutions while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Collaboration with clients and subject matter experts will be essential to address concerns while you manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research content and identify learner needs for training solutions

• Develop storyboards and design documents for digital and classroom learning

• Write clear and engaging instructional content

• Conduct meetings with clients to ensure content quality

• Manage multiple projects and deliver them on time

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in relevant fields

• At least 5 years' experience in instructional design

• Familiarity with Addie/SAM methodologies and authoring tools

• Experience in IT content is beneficial

• Previous Project Management experience is considered a plus
