Learning & Development Specialist

Position: Calgary Airports Learning & Development Specialist
Take on the role of Learning & Development Specialist at Calgary Airports, focusing on enhancing the onboarding experience and educational programs. This hybrid full-time role blends in-office teamwork with work-from-home flexibility.
You will manage learning programs, maintain the Learning Management System, and support tracking of compliance training. Partner with colleagues to optimize training delivery, ensuring a rewarding learning experience for all participants. Your detail-oriented nature will help manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement learning programs with logistics

• Manage LMS, course setup, and user navigation

• Track onboarding and mandatory training completion

• Maintain evaluation processes and learning data

• Facilitate positive communications for training experiences
Requirements:

• 2–4 years in HR or learning & development

• Preferably hold a degree in a related field

• Proven experience in coordinating events and programs

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Eligibility to obtain RAIC with support provided
