Online Faculty – NISM Exams

My Online Prep  is looking for a NISM Faculty Member who can deliver live online classes and create recorded video lectures for NISM certification exam preparation. The faculty will work on assigned NISM modules and will be responsible for end-to-end content delivery — from understanding the syllabus and book to teaching it in a structured, student-friendly manner. This role is suitable for someone who has strong knowledge of capital markets and securities, proven online teaching experience, and the ability to convert textbook content into engaging exam-oriented lectures.

Responsibilities
Deliver live online classes for assigned NISM modules (Series V-A, VIII, XXI-A, etc.)
Record chapter-wise video lectures based on the official NISM syllabus and study material
Study and master the NISM workbook and convert it into structured teaching content
Develop concept notes, chapter summaries, and exam-oriented study material
Create MCQs, practice questions, and mock test explanations
Simplify complex capital market and securities concepts for working professionals
Ensure all content is accurate, syllabus-aligned, and easy to understand
Support doubt resolution during and after live sessions
Coordinate with the academic team to maintain content quality and delivery schedule

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline — Finance, Commerce, Economics preferred
NISM certifications ( Series V-A, VIII, XXI-A ) — preferred
1–3 years of online teaching experience — mandatory
Experience in capital markets, securities, mutual funds, or financial services

Requirements & Skills
Deep ability to read, understand, and teach from official syllabus and textbooks
Fluent in both  English and Hindi  — comfortable switching mid-session
Confident on camera with clear and engaging delivery style
Strong conceptual understanding of capital markets, mutual funds, securities, and finance
Ability to convert dense textbook content into simple, student-friendly explanations
Comfortable with online teaching tools — Zoom, Google Meet, OBS, etc.
Disciplined, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Ability to meet content deadlines and maintain a consistent recording schedule

Who Can Apply

Have 1–3 years of proven online teaching experience — You Tube, coaching platforms, edtech, or live batches
Can read an official NISM workbook and independently build a lecture series from it
Are comfortable teaching in both Hindi and English
